Taking my "Beautiful Feet" to Uganda on Monday!

Hey Bloggers...thought I will fill you in with the latest update, fresh off the press.
"Destination: UGANDA '10" has been rescheduled to depart on Monday, same flight, different day. I know this is God's perfect plan as many of you have 'prayed forward' about our travels with us, and yet, my heart is sad this evening knowing this makes the mission two days shorter.
Sandi just reminded me that this gives us the weekend to rest up, be in the Word more, and be prayed up! So with that, please share with me how I can pray for you this weekend...it would be my privilege indeed!
Just can't wait to get there to show the children my pretty toes!

My heart rejoices today as the sun has been shining and the snow has been melting away, clearing out and making way for you guys to fly out tomorrow! Our God is so faithful and he has HUGE plans for each and every one embarking on this adventure to serve His people. May you be richly blessed as you are reminded of all of us back home continuing to "pray forward" for the challenges that will await you when you arrive in Uganda. May His name be glorified as you fulfill the great commission. Thank you for being willing to GO, and share His name amongst the nations.
"Our" beautiful feet will get there and God's Glory will shine out! I loved your pretty toes and I am sure the children in Uganda will find them fascinating too. Get lots of rest this weekend and we will keep the prayers coming your way. Praying for patience and the peace of knowing His plan is in place. Love ya!
