Be Still and Know!

"Who will go?"
"Here we are, Lord, Send us!"
But we just don't know when! We are supposed to be on a flight tomorrow evening out of Dulles International Airport, but if you have looked at the weather here, hmmmmmm, I don't think it is going to happen. I am being really big right now as I chat with you...haven't been several times today. Those of you that know me, know that my heart is already in Uganda...I just have to get over there to join it!
But, as many have reminded us, it is all in God's hands and we need to be still and wait patiently on Him!
The plans as of right now are to meet at MISSION LINK tomorrow, 9am, and then drive to Dulles. Please 'pray us forward' on this one, big time!
But good chances our flight will be cancelled and then you will have to get back on here to find out how to 'pray us forward' from there!
Here is the little chorus that keeps popping in my head as we are hunkering down here,
"The Lord has a will,
and I have a need,
to follow that will,
to humbly be still,
to rest in it, nest in it, fully be blessed in it, following my Father's will!"
That's an oldie, from college days, but the message still stands true! Please pray that we can be still and wait as God unfolds His plan, a good plan, for us!
